Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (subject to the conditions below).

Important: Refunds are not allowed except in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent. In such cases we will process a full refund.

To be eligible for a return (where permitted), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
